Getting Your App Live · Step 2 of the Launch
You handled the Apple setup — the hardest part is behind you. From here, we take the wheel: designing, building, testing, and launching your app. Here's the whole road ahead so you know exactly what to expect.
← Back to the Apple Setup ChecklistYour part gets lighter from here. Each phase below shows what we handle and the little we need from you. Most of it is us building while you run your shop.
We take your brand and turn it into a real, working app — your colors, your logo, your rewards. It starts from our proven template, so you're not paying for a from-scratch build.
Before anyone else sees it, we send you a private test version through Apple's TestFlight. You tap through your own app, and we adjust anything you want changed.
Once you're happy, we package your app and submit it to the App Store and Google Play under your account. Both stores review it. If they ask for changes, we handle the back-and-forth.
Your app is live and searchable in both stores under your business name. We hand you a launch kit so your regulars can find it that same day.
Apps aren't "set and forget" — stores update their rules, phones get new versions. That's on us. Your monthly plan keeps your app healthy, current, and compliant so it never falls out of the store.
On launch day we hand you everything to get customers on the app — no design work on your side.
Usually 2–4 weeks from the day we start building, depending on how fast we lock your design and how quickly the stores review. Most of that is our work, not yours.
TestFlight is Apple's official free app for previewing apps before they're public. You install it once, tap our invite, and your app appears — only for you and anyone you choose. Nothing is public until you approve it.
It happens, and it's our job to handle it. We know the store rules and built your app to pass them. If a reviewer asks for a change, we make it and resubmit — you don't have to do anything.
Yes. Your monthly plan covers updates, and bigger features can be added as you grow. Just tell us what you want — no new setup on your end.
We give you the launch kit — QR signs, table tents, stickers, and social posts — so the app is easy to show off. The most powerful thing is simply your staff mentioning it at the counter, and we'll give them the words.
That's the one part we need from you before any of this can start.
