Getting Your App Live · Step 1 of the Launch
Your loyalty app lives on the App Store under your business name — so you own it, the reviews, and the customer relationship. This is the short, guided setup to get your Apple account ready. We do the build; you own the account.
Apple requires every business app to be published by the business that owns it. That is a good thing: it means the app, the App Store listing, the ratings, and the payouts all belong to you. We build and maintain it on your behalf and you add us to your account as a manager.
A D-U-N-S number is a free ID that Apple uses to confirm your business is real. Many registered businesses already have one.
This is the login that will own your app. Use a company email, not a personal one, so it stays with the business.
This is the membership that lets your app be published. Choose the Organization option — not Individual — so the app shows your business name.
Apple will email or phone to confirm you're a real business and that you're authorized to sign. Nothing to build here — just watch for their message.
Inside App Store Connect, accept Apple's standard agreements so your app can be published.
Last step — invite us in so we can build, test, and publish for you. You stay the owner; we get a manager seat.
So you truly own your app. The listing, ratings, customer data, and any revenue belong to your business — not a third party. If you ever move on from us, nothing breaks and nothing has to be handed over.
You never share your login. You invite us as a separate user with a manager role, which we sign into with our own credentials. Your password stays private, and you can revoke our access with two clicks anytime.
Your hands-on time is about 30–45 minutes. Calendar time is usually 1–5 business days, driven mostly by the D-U-N-S lookup and Apple's verification. Start Step 1 today and the rest follows quickly.
It's Apple's annual Developer Program fee, paid by you directly to Apple. It renews once a year. If it lapses, your app is removed from the store, so we'll remind you before each renewal.
Only if you sell something in the app. A standard loyalty app is free to download, so most clients skip banking at launch and add it later only if they introduce paid features.
